Judge Denies Judgment On Insurer's Duty To Defend Defects Lawsuit

SAN DIEGO - A California federal judge on Jan. 25 denied partial summary judgment to two insurers regarding their duty to defend a construction defect action because there is ambiguity to whether an additional insured endorsement applies (McMillin Construction Services L.P. v.
