Ranbaxy Signs Consent Decree For Violations At 4 Generic Drug Manufacturing Plants

BALTIMORE - Indian generic drug manufacturer Ranbaxy Laboratories Inc. on Jan. 25 entered into a consent decree of permanent injunction with the federal government to bring three of its manufacturing plants into compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Processes after the government found continuing violations and discrepancies in its drug approval applications (United States of America v.
