Trial Delayed For Laborer Claiming He Is Sick From Benzene

NEW ORLEANS - Trial will be delayed until March 12 for a former tank cleaner who alleges that his exposure to benzene caused terminal multiple myeloma, to allow for the depositions of three late defense witnesses, a Louisiana federal judge ruled Jan. 24 (Bryan Morin, et al. v.
