WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware judge on Jan. 25 granted an insured's motion for reargument after determining that the time limit for notice of claims should be set at 60 days instead of 30 days and that the beginning and ending trigger dates for the underlying workers' personal injury claims arising out of cleanup services performed after the World Trade Center attacks must be clarified (Deutsche Bank Trust Co.
