MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin federal magistrate judge on Jan. 26 denied conditional certification for a proposed class of janitorial service workers in a wage-and-hour lawsuit, finding that the plaintiffs failed to prove that they were not paid for overtime work or that the employer had a policy of denying workers 30-minute lunch breaks (Vicente Martinez, et al. v. Regency Janitorial Services, Inc., et al., No. 11-259, E.D. Wis.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 8941). Full story on lexis.com
