Ohio Appeals Court: Man Lacked Evidence To Show Construction Defects

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Sixth District Ohio Court of Appeals on Jan. 27 affirmed summary judgment for a pair of construction firms named as defendants in a construction defects action, agreeing that the plaintiff lacked evidence to substantiate his claims (Michael Edward Kott v. Gleneagles Professional Builders & Remodelers Inc., et al., No. L-11-1078, Ohio App., 6th Dist.; 2012 Ohio App. LEXIS 237).
