WILMINGTON, Del. - The successor indenture trustee, the successor trustee for the holders of certain investment notes and a capital management company filed a joint brief in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Tribune Co. on Jan. 26 objecting to the motion made by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, which had sought to extend the automatic stay in an underlying adversary case (In Re: Tribune Company, No. 08-13141, Chapter 11, D.
