46 Creditors File Involuntary Chapter 11 Petition Against Saab Cars North America

WILMINGTON, Del. - A group of 46 creditors comprising auto dealerships on Jan. 30 filed an involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition against SAAB Cars North America Inc., asserting claims for $ 1.23 million in unpaid reimbursements (In Re: SAAB Cars North America Inc., No. 12-10344, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
