Federal Judge Dismisses Suit Arising From Overseas Calls To American Express

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge in California on Jan. 27 dismissed a case in which the plaintiff, an American Express cardholder, sued the company after her calls to its support centers were transferred overseas without her knowledge (Pickman v.
