Mylan Settles Idaho's Drug-Pricing Case For $ 625,000

BOISE, Idaho - Generic drug makers Mylan Laboratories Inc. and Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. have agreed to pay $ 625,000 to resolve a lawsuit by Idaho that the companies published inflated drug prices and forced the state Medicaid program to pay too much for some drugs, the Idaho Attorney General's Office said in a Jan. 30 press release (State of Idaho v.
