8th Circuit Vacates Dismissal Of Consent Decree In Wrongful Termination Suit

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 31 found that a Minnesota federal judge abused his discretion when he refused to approve a consent decree after finding that federal jurisdiction was not proved (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, et al. v.
