California Appeals Panel: Remodel Of Couple's Home Had Construction Defects

LOS ANGELES - A Second District California Court of Appeal panel on Jan. 30 affirmed an award for the plaintiffs in a construction defects action, agreeing that the defendants failed to properly perform stucco work to the exterior of the plaintiffs' home (Victor Ceporius, et al. v. Guy Maturo, et al., No. B228418, Calif. App., 2nd Dist.; 2012 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 726).
