Federal Judge Dismisses Student Loan Action Against Secretary Of Education

GREENBELT, Md. - A federal judge in Maryland on Jan. 30 granted the U.S. secretary of education's motion to dismiss a suit in which a plaintiff claimed he is being exploited by the Department of Education and is being forced to pay for student loans he never received (Rodney B.
