Judge Finds Claims In Predatory Lending Class Action Suit Need Amending

NEWARK, N.J. - A federal judge in New Jersey on Jan. 27 dismissed without prejudice a couple's class action lawsuit accusing TD Bank and a John Doe defendant of engaging in predatory lending practices, ruling that the plaintiffs' allegations failed to sufficiently state claims for relief (Maria Gutierrez, et al. v.
