NEW YORK - Pfizer Inc. on Jan. 31 said it has voluntarily recalled 28 lots of Lo/Ovral and its generic norgestrel/ethinyl estradiol equivalent birth control pills because they may contain an "inexact" number of active and inactive ingredient tablets or the tablets may be out of sequence.
