KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee federal judge on Jan. 27 said the state's discovery rule tolls a plaintiff's shoulder pain pump case against Stryker Corp. and that the plaintiff's complaint adequately pleaded elements of fraud (Jacob Cates, et al. v. Stryker Corp., et al., No. 3:10-546, E.D. Tenn., Knoxville Div.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 9825). Full story on lexis.com
