Coverage Claim Defeated By Policy's Exclusion For Home Contents

GALVESTON, Texas - A Texas federal judge on Jan. 30 dismissed a couple's claim seeking coverage for damage to their home's contents, finding that they offered no proof that they were entitled to such coverage, which was otherwise excluded under their flood insurance policy (Linda Lundgren, et al. v.
