Florida Appeals Panel: Manufacturer Is Not A Construction Project Supplier

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The First District Florida Court of Appeal on Jan. 30 affirmed dismissal of a railing coating manufacturer named as the defendant in a construction defects action, agreeing that the defendant had no knowledge of the construction project and could not be considered a supplier (Harbor Landing Condominium Owners Association Inc. v.
