Florida Panel: Family Can Pursue Design Defects Claims For Burn Injuries

LAKELAND, Fla. - The Second District Florida Court of Appeal on Feb. 1 overturned summary judgment in a product liability action involving an exploding fuel can, ruling that design defects claims can proceed even without the existence of the actual can involved in the accident (Richard Murray, et al. v.
