Wisconsin Appeals Panel Affirms Award For Couple's Damaged Lakefront Home

WAUSAU, Wis. - The Wisconsin Court of Appeals on Jan. 31 upheld a $ 138,921.17 award to homeowners who experienced structural damage to their home because of water infiltration, concluding that the damage was covered under the home's 10-year warranty (Thomas Dierl, et al. v.
