10th Circuit Upholds Rejection Of Teacher's Race Bias, Retaliation Claims

DENVER - The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 1 affirmed a District Court's rejection of a teacher's claims that he was denied re-employment with a Kansas school district because of his race and in retaliation for an earlier lawsuit he filed against the school district (Mark E.
