BECKLEY, W.Va. - A federal judge in West Virginia on Jan. 31 granted Credit One Bank NA's motion to compel arbitration in a case in which a plaintiff alleges that the bank's attempt to collect a debt violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and West Virginia law (Senetha Montgomery v. Credit One Bank NA, No. 11-00714, S.D. W.Va.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 11283). Full story on lexis.com
