BECKLEY, W.Va. - A federal judge in West Virginia on Jan. 31 granted Credit One Bank NA's motion to compel arbitration in a case in which a plaintiff alleges that the bank's attempt to collect a debt violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and West Virginia law (Senetha Montgomery v.
