ATLANTA - In a case on remand from the U.S. Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, in a Jan. 31 unpublished opinion, reversed its previous decision that allowed a class action against Branch Banking & Trust Co. to proceed (Gordon v.
