PHILADELPHIA - Federal law does not preempt a man's state law failure-to-warn claims against a U.S. Navy supplier that used asbestos in its products, and resolving the case will not involve answering political questions or second-guessing the government, the judge overseeing the federal asbestos multidistrict litigation held Feb. 1 (Alan H.
