Motorola To Pay $ 200M To Settle Securities Class Action Claims

CHICAGO - Motorola Inc. has agreed to pay $ 200 million to settle claims that certain of its current and former officers and directors misrepresented the company's financial results in violation of federal securities laws, according to a motion for preliminary approval of the settlement filed Jan. 31 by shareholders in Illinois federal court (Eric Silverman v.
