Clarissa Freeman is an Attorney for the Pennsylvania State Senate.  Clarissa’s work on legal and legislative issues is multifaceted and includes housing and urban development, family law, municipal law, gaming, property law, green jobs legislation and prison re-entry legislation.  She is an active member of the American Bar Association as a Young Lawyers Division Scholar.  She is also involved with her state and local bar associations.
