Francisco "Frank" Ramos, Jr. is the administrative partner at Clarke Silverglate in Miami, Florida, where he practices in the areas of products liability, employment, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, class actions and general liability.

Frank has written over 150 articles and a book for young lawyers, From Law School to Litigator, and has edited two trial manuals - The Defense Speaks and the Trial Tactics Defense Litigation Manual.  He currently is writing a book for the ABA titled Trying Every Case.

He is a former president of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and inaugural chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Historical Society.  He has served on the board of several voluntary bar associations and charitable organizations.
