American Apparel's Brand Allegedly Damaged By Hiring Of Illegal Workers: Shareholder Class Action Complaint Filed Against Retailer - FREE DOWNLOAD

This is a securities class action against American Apparel and its senior executives, including CEO Dov Charney. The gist of the claim is that by affirmatively promoting the company as employing only legal workers while secretly employing thousands of illegal ones, the defendant executives defrauded investors and damaged the value of the company, particularly, the brand.
