On May 26, 2010, HB will hold a teleconference titled "Oil in the Gulf:
Litigation & Insurance Coverage." Speakers will provide the
facts surrounding the spill, a review of the claimants and theories of
liability, a survey of pending litigation, commentary on relevant
precedent, analysis of coverage claims and discussion of unique state
law issues.
