Michael K. Rozen of Feinberg & Rozen addressed the purpose of the $20 billion compensation and cleanup fund during his session at HB Litigation Conferences' Oil in the Gulf Conference held June 24 to 25, 2010, in Atlanta, where attendees from law firms, companies, insurance carriers and government agencies gathered for updates and insights on the spill, the litigation and the insurance coverage issues. President Obama picked Rozen's partner Kenneth Feinberg to oversee the administration of the fund.
