MP3tunes' Appeal Of Contributory Infringement Ruling Dismissed By 2nd Circuit

NEW YORK A music downloading service saw its appeal of a contributory infringement ruling against it dismissed by a Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Feb. 8th, with the panel stating that the court lacked jurisdiction because a final order has not yet been issued in the underlying case (Capitol Records Inc., et al. v.
