1st Circuit Affirms Attorney Fee Award In Copyright Case

BOSTON Allegations by prevailing copyright infringement defendants that a New Hampshire federal judge's award of attorney fees was too low were rejected Feb. 16 by the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, which similarly rebuffed a claim by plaintiffs that the award was too high (T-Peg Inc. and Timberpeg East Inc. v. Vermont Timber Works Inc. and Stanley J. Isbitski, Nos. 10-2234, 2300, 1st Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 3190). Full story on lexis.com
