California Issues Citations To 3 Nursing Homes For Inadequate Care

SACRAMENTO, Calif. Three Los Angeles County nursing homes have received Class "AA" citations, the most severe penalty under state law, from the State of California after investigations concluded that inadequate care at the nursing homes led to a death at each facility, Dr. Ron Chapman, director of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), announced in a press release on Feb 21.Full story on lexis.com
