5th Circuit Affirms Ruling In Favor Of Insurer In Hurricane Katrina Dispute

NEW ORLEANS The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 22 affirmed a lower court's denial of an insured's motion to amend or grant relief from an earlier order dismissing the insured's claims against its insurer in a Hurricane Katrina property damage coverage lawsuit (Michael Tureaud v.
