Arkansas Federal Judge Certifies Class Of Butterball Workers Seeking Unpaid Wages

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. An Arkansas federal judge on Feb. 22 certified a class of Butterball LLC poultry-processing plant workers for a complaint alleging unpaid donning-and-doffing wages, finding that the class meets typicality and adequacy requirements that a proposed class in a companion case failed to show (Roxie Garner, et al. v.
