Copyright Claim Untimely, Colorado Federal Judge Says

DENVER Citing undisputed evidence that a copyright infringement plaintiff's claim accrued in 1996 at the latest, a Colorado federal judge on Feb. 22 dismissed the case pursuant to the applicable statute of limitations (Julia Copeland Cooper v. NCS Pearson Inc., No. 10-2840, D. Colo.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21712).
