Federal Judge Allows Former Indymac CEO's Appeal Of Dismissal Denial

LOS ANGELES A federal judge in California on Feb. 21 certified Indymac Bank FSB's former chief executive officer's interlocutory appeal of the denial of his motion to dismiss a negligence suit stemming from the bank's failure following its production of a pool of risky residential loans intended for sale to a secondary market (Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. v.
