SAN FRANCISCO A California appeals panel on Feb. 23 affirmed a preliminary injunction against an insurance agent prohibiting him from using confidential policyholder information to solicit insurance business (Farmers Insurance Exchange, et al. v. David Song, No. A131132, Calif. App., 1st Dist., Div. 3; 2012 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 1363).
