FRANKFORT, Ky. The Kentucky Court of Appeals on Feb. 24 affirmed a trial court decision to deny a new trial to the plaintiffs in an auto accident injury case, concluding that the jury's decision to award nothing for pain and suffering was supported by the evidence (Pamela Adams, et al. v.
