GREENBELT, Md. - Ruling that an adult film producer needs to be able to identify potential defendants to pursue copyright infringement claims against them, a Maryland federal judge on Feb. 28 denied three Doe defendants' motions to quash a subpoena served on their Internet service providers (ISPs) (Third Degree Films Inc. v.
