Maryland Federal Judge Denies Cross-Motions In Copyright Dispute

BALTIMORE - Claims by Zuffa LLC, doing business as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), that a hotel committed copyright infringement by rebroadcasting a UFC event will not be resolved on summary judgment, a Maryland federal judge ruled Dec. 18 (Zuffa LLC v.
