New York Justice: Shareholder's Case Against Bankrupt Inner City Broadcasting Fails

NEW YORK - A New York state court justice on Dec. 18 dismissed a lawsuit against bankrupt broadcasting company Inner City Broadcasting Corp. (ICBC), finding that a minority shareholder failed to allege facts sufficient to plead his case that ICBC and its chairman were improperly selling the company's intellectual property rights (Hugh Wyatt v.
