LAS VEGAS - A janitorial service's agreement to defend and indemnify a client grocery store under its commercial general liability (CGL) insurance policy automatically obligated the service's insurer to defend the store in a customer's personal injury lawsuit, a Nevada federal judge ruled on Feb. 4 (USF Insurance Co. v.
