ATLANTA - A federal court erred in finding that underlying claims for copyright infringement and violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) were excluded from coverage under an unauthorized use policy exclusion, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Feb. 7, reversing and remanding (St. Luke's Cataract And Laser Institute v.
