7th Circuit Vacates Dismissal Of Appeal Of Railroad Board Decision

CHICAGO - A federal judge erred when he dismissed a petition to review a decision by the National Railroad Adjustment Board in a case concerning the firing of a railroad engineer, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Feb. 13 (Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen v. Union Pacific Railroad Co., Nos. 10-3314, 10-3518, 7th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 2939).
