California Panel: City Improperly Ruled Immune From Wrongful Death Claims

SAN DIEGO - The Fourth District California Court of Appeal on Feb. 15 revived a wrongful death case filed by the parents of a woman who died after falling from a cliff in a San Diego park, concluding that the municipality failed to show that it was immune from liability (Robert Wagner, et al. v.
