Forum Selection Clause In Ponzi Suit Is Enforceable, Federal Judge Finds

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A federal judge in California on Feb. 15 granted motions to dismiss a suit alleging a Ponzi scheme, finding that the plaintiffs failed to show that a forum selection clause in account agreements should not be enforced (Liberty City Church of Christ Inc., et al. v.
