Kugel Mesh MDL Firms Reimbursed $1.1M For Start-Up Contributions

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The federal judge overseeing the Kugel mesh hernia patch multidistrict litigation on Feb. 14 granted a motion allowing 15 plaintiff law firms to recoup the $1.1 million they put into the creation of the common benefit fund (In Re: Kugel Mesh Hernia Patch Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1842, No. 1:07-md-1842, D.
