Jeffrey S. Dunlap Elected To Ulmer & Berne Management Committee

CLEVELAND — Ulmer & Berne LLP has announced the election of Jeffrey S. Dunlap to the firm’s five-member Management Committee for a three-year term effective Jan. 1, 2010.

Ulmer & Berne’s Management Committee is responsible for the overall guidance and fiscal responsibility of the firm. Dunlap has previously served in other leadership positions within the firm as chair of the Employment & Labor Law Group and co-chair of the Business Litigation Group.

Dunlap is a highly experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of commercial and employment disputes. Clients benefit from his experience in complex business and securities litigation, employment discrimination cases and unfair competition matters. In addition to handling matters in trial and appellate courts, Dunlap has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.S., with distinction, from Cornell University. He currently serves as vice president of the William K. Thomas Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
