Miller Nash Promotes 3 To Partner

SEATTLE — Miller Nash LLP has promoted three attorneys to partner. In their new roles, Lisa Lui and Adam Hughes, practicing in the firm’s Seattle office, and Jason Conger, based in Bend, Ore., will be directly responsible for providing legal services to Miller Nash’s portfolio of clients.

Lui joined Miller Nash in 2006 in the business department, focusing on real estate and construction law. She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including health care, higher education, real estate development, not-for-profit and tribal. Her practice also includes representing debtors and creditors in insolvency matters.

Hughes joined Miller Nash in 2003. He focuses his practice primarily on business and employment litigation, and has successfully litigated multiple cases involving issues arising out of construction defects, products liability, wage-and-hour disputes, race discrimination allegations, disability discrimination allegations and stock option compensation.

Conger joined Miller Nash in 2009. His practice focuses on corporate, securities and venture capital law. He represents emerging companies in general corporate matters, as well as a broad range of complex transactions, including real estate syndications, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and stock and bond offerings. Conger is counsel to companies in the health care, financial services, manufacturing and software industries, and has represented investment banks and venture capital firms in public and private financings.
